Un immense nouveau tunnel routier est en cours de construction et son ouverture battra deux records du monde. En plus de devenir le plus long tunnel routier sous-marin jamais construit, il sera \u00e9galement le plus profond de ce type sur la plan\u00e8te.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"text-description\">\n<p>Ce projet massif est en construction depuis plusieurs ann\u00e9es et, une fois termin\u00e9, il permettra de voyager beaucoup plus rapidement \u00e0 travers une partie de la Norv\u00e8ge. Connu sous le nom de tunnel Rogfast, il est en cours de construction sous le Boknafjord et le Kvits\u00f8yfjord, dans le sud-ouest de la Norv\u00e8ge. Le tunnel reliera Randaberg, juste au nord de Stavanger, \u00e0 la municipalit\u00e9 de Bokn.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"text-description\">\n<p>Cela fait partie du plan \u00e0 long terme de la Norv\u00e8ge visant \u00e0 rendre l&#39;autoroute c\u00f4ti\u00e8re E39 sans ferry. \u00c0 l&#39;heure actuelle, les conducteurs qui empruntent cette partie de la c\u00f4te ouest du pays doivent recourir aux travers\u00e9es en ferry pour poursuivre leur voyage.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"text-description\">\n<p>L&#39;une de ces travers\u00e9es prend actuellement environ 25 minutes. Lorsque le tunnel sera ouvert, le ferry ne sera plus n\u00e9cessaire et les trajets entre Bergen et Stavanger devraient \u00eatre environ 40 minutes plus rapides.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"text-description\">\n<p>Mais l\u2019ampleur du projet est difficile \u00e0 imaginer. Le tunnel s&#39;\u00e9tendra sur 27 kilom\u00e8tres, soit environ 16,7 miles, ce qui en fera le plus long tunnel routier sous-marin jamais construit.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"text-description\">\n<p>\u00c0 son point le plus profond, il atteindra 392 m\u00e8tres sous le niveau de la mer, \u00e9tablissant ainsi un autre record mondial en tant que tunnel routier sous-marin le plus profond au monde.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"text-description\">\n<p>Plut\u00f4t que d&#39;avoir un grand tunnel transportant le trafic dans les deux sens, Rogfast disposera de deux tunnels distincts. Le tunnel devrait d\u00e9sormais \u00eatre ouvert \u00e0 la circulation en 2033.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"text-description\">\n<p>Le dernier budget approuv\u00e9 s&#39;\u00e9l\u00e8ve \u00e0 environ 25 milliards de couronnes norv\u00e9giennes, soit environ 1,8 milliard de livres sterling. Le rond-point souterrain se situera \u00e0 environ 250 m\u00e8tres sous la mer, ce qui en fera le carrefour routier sous-marin le plus profond jamais construit.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"text-description\">\n<p>Le tunnel \u00e9tant beaucoup plus long que la plupart des tunnels routiers, les ing\u00e9nieurs ont \u00e9galement d\u00fb d\u00e9velopper de nouveaux syst\u00e8mes de ventilation et de s\u00e9curit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"text-description\">\n<p>Des puits de ventilation sp\u00e9ciaux \u00e9limineront la fum\u00e9e en cas d&#39;incendie, tandis que les passages de secours entre les deux tunnels fourniront des voies d&#39;\u00e9vacuation aux conducteurs en cas de besoin.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"text-description\">\n<p>Si tout se d\u00e9roule
